What this call is.
This is the same 30 minutes BEST Coaches opens every coaching engagement with. The goal is one thing: a clear read on whether you're stuck on a strategy problem, a fundraising problem, an execution problem, or something else entirely.
- Diagnostic, not a pitch. We listen, ask the questions you haven't, and name what we see.
- One move out. You leave with the next move identified. Sometimes that move is coaching with us. Often it isn't.
- Best fit: founders inside $500K–$5M annual revenue. Sustainable, alt energy, plant-based, or general operators welcome.
What this call isn't.
